2. Processing Complaints & refund
3. Receiving queries and responding to them instantly & accurately
4. Strengthening product & operational knowledge 

Experience:
0 - 1 years of similar experience

Minimum Qualification:

      1. Convent Educated Graduate.
2. Excellent knowledge of Geography
3. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
